Shoppes at riverside square
HACKENSACK, NJ
The Shops At Riverside is an upscale high-end boutique mall, with Bloomingdales as its anchor and over 70 designer and specialty stores. Located in Hackensack, NJ, and formerly know as Riverside Square, The Shops At Riverside has recently enjoyed a major renovation and addition. It is now also become known for its “New Jersey’s Restaurant Row”, including recently opened restaurants like Maggiano’s, PF Changs, and Rose Mexicanas.
Let It Grow was hired for the site construction and hardscape installation of these recent renovations; updating the existing site, and creating a new landscape and site features and amenities.
We worked on the north and west lot in the newly built site, including earthwork stabilization, excavating and sub-grade. We built an attractive retaining wall using Allan Block in the North lot. Planters were installed along with site furnishings, decorative features and amenities.
We put in a new state-of-the art irrigation system to support both lots and the extensive landscape installation by our Irrigation Division. Topsoil and mulch were added, and bed edging provided where necessary.
We completed our work by installing sod, seeding the lawn areas, and planting numerous trees, plants, shrubs, grasses, groundcover, and a variety of colorful and seasonal flowers.
Let It Grow’s work is showcased upon entry to the site. The renovations and additions to this these luxury shops and restaurants has been a huge success.
Bergen Town Center, located in Paramus, New Jersey, and originally known as the Bergen Mall, was built in the mid-1950’s and was the first large shopping mall In New Jersey.
