Hoboken Cove Park, which is located at 15th and Park Avenue, is part of the open space waterfront restoration of a three-acre stretch between northern Hoboken and Weehawken, New Jersey.

Toll Brothers, who owns the property, contracted Let It Grow, Inc. for all the site construction and landscaping on this project.

Let It Grow cleared and excavated the site, and installed special Geotextile Membrane for erosion control and protection. Our concrete work consisted of forming and pouring concrete pads, walkways, sidewalks and handicapped curbs. We installed pavers by the waterfront, gates, and a pavilion, and put in cobblestone by the trees.

All electrical work was done throughout the park, including decorative light bollards.

Let It Grow built both the ‘Tot Lot Playground’ and the ‘Pre-Teen Playground’ in the new park, for which we used a special playground safety surface. We erected a large pavilion, built 2 wood gazebos as well as a steel gazebo, and installed all the site furniture; including Worlds Fair Benches, bike racks and trash receptacles. Decorative fencing was put in as well.

Let It Grow did all the landscaping and landscaping additions on this project, including installing topsoil, mulch, sod in the grass areas, and all plant material including seasonal flowers. In addition we put in a brand new irrigation system to support the extensive plantings.

The park was open to the public in the Spring of 2008.
