Griffin Court Condominium, a residential building at 800 10th Avenue between 53rd and 54th streets includes 95 units divided between two eight-story towers, which will be connected by a communal lobby.

The distinctive luxury condominiums are located in the Clinton neighborhood of Manhattan’s Midtown West. Designed with the sophisticated professional in mind, Griffin Court’s impressive architectural design features two 8-story towers connected by an expansive lobby with stunning glass walls overlooking a private, residents only 8,700 square foot courtyard.

Our scope of work for the streetscape included bluestone step stones, steel faced curb, irrigation, lighted bollards, topsoil, trees, landscaping, and concrete curb. The courtyard includes a variety of seasonal flora, a beautiful shaded area, and a court for children to play.

Let It Grow continues to expand its expertise and capabilities for green roof and courtyard implementations.

The opportunity to work in the private courtyard was very rewarding, and demonstrated Let It Grow’s ability to cope with the demands of working in New York City while performing challenging and rewarding work.
