Anchored on Brooklyn’s revitalized waterfront, 164 Kent Avenue boasts a 32-story, luxuriously equipped tower residence featuring 271 high-end condominiums.

This $100 million project required extensive structural redesign due to complicated site conditions including a high water table and contaminated soil as the site was an old railroad yard.

Our scope of work for the streetscape included asphalt paving, steel faced curb, utility work, irrigation, belgium block curbs and pavers, topsoil, trees, landscaping, and concrete curb. One of the highlights of this project was the waterfront esplanade consisting of grading, pervious pavers, aesthetic boulders, granite curbing, and plant material.

The project demonstrated Let It Grow diverse background and complete offering solution for streetscape luxury residential construction – from utility work, storm structures, conduit, esplanade creation, streetscape amenities, trees and landscape, furnishings, concrete, decorative pavers, and lighting.
